We are excited to launch our Community Support Agriculture (CSA) program this year. We plan to start small to ensure we are providing the best we can for our members. We cannot wait to share our beautiful, fresh, delicious produce with some of you!
Q: What is it?
A: CSA members pay into a farm up front ($200 for our membership in 2024) in exchange for regular produce packages throughout the harvest season. In this way our members share both in the risk and the reward that comes along with farming. There is no guarantee of specific products, as some things do better than others each year depending on temperature, rainfall, and pests.
Q: Who should consider joining?
A: If you enjoy fresh and locally grown produce, you are the right person to join! We are located in Shenandoah, IA, and have limited spots available for the 2024 season.
Q: How will I receive my produce?
A: Once members have joined, we will work with you to plan out when and where we can deliver your produce to you. Delivery will be limited to Shenandoah, IA, locations. We will also communicate with you our delivery schedule which will be every one to two weeks depending on the time of year.
